#17 help register has wrong info

This is from the svn (as of today Jul-18-2008). Compile and install seemed to go just fine

However once someone logs into the server, if they type help register they're told to send email to chess@caissa.onenet.net

Obviously this is only good if my server can get email from chess@caissa.onenet.net, which it of course can't.
