[Cherrypy-users] CherryPy and Postgresql hosting

Can anyone recommend a good (and cheap) hosting site where I can run 
CherryPy and Postgresql?
I would also like to have rsync and other sw available (eg. apache, PHP, 
Zope, perl) if I want to do some other things.
Would I have to go to the extent of getting a virtual private server to 
get all the features I'm after???
