ChemoDose 0.3b released

ChemoDose has now matured into Beta software. The latest release features a new numeric keypad entry to speed up data input.

No new features will be added to the program at this stage. I will concentrate on bug fixes and user interface improvements. When the software is stable I will release the production version 1.0. See the TODO list for outstanding issues.

ChemoDose version 0.2a Released.

ChemoDose is a chemotherapy prescribing calculator for Palm OS devices. The latest release makes it easier to use, with a tidier user interface and more feedback on data entry.

The changes are minor, but I would recommend existing users upgrade. Download the .tar.gz or .zip archive, unpack it and install the ChemoDose.prc file in the usual manner.

The program is still in alpha development. See the previous news thread for further information.

ChemoDose: First Working Release

I am pleased to announce the first working release of the ChemoDose chemotherapy prescribing calculator for Palm OS devices. Please download the .tar.gz or .zip archive, unpack it and install the .prc file as you would any other program. I have also supplied a copy of the MathLib binary and source files. MathLib must be installed to run ChemoDose.

Please note that this is alpha software. There may be bugs aplenty, and the calculations should be checked by traditional methods before any prescription is issued. Under the terms of the GNU General Public License, this software is freely issued without ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.... read more

PreAlpha version 1 released

Due to problems with the public CVS server, I have released sources and a binary to the File Release System for download. The program is still in very early development, but some basic functions are beginning to emerge.

First files released.

The first files for the ChemoDose project have been released on the CVS server (module 'prealpha'). Apologies for the multiple postings of similar files! This version has no useful functions, but comments and criticism about the look and feel are welcomed. Please note that I would expect the UI to change several times before an official release!
