#2 Close window reminder button

For new/edit step, new/edit species windows, add at the bottom add an "OK" button that is functionally redundant with the X (close window) button. Users half expect to have to push a "save" or "submit" button (like the "add artifact" button at the bottom of this feature page), and not having to do so is disconcerting, even if it is a good thing.
