#102 Channel snags in Monthly Figures Report (13)

Currently the monthly figures report highlights if there are outstanding site snags with the data for a site in a given month.

It would be VERY useful if it also highlighted active channel snags - as currently there is no single place to look for the current data status for a site (channel AND site) which makes it very time consuming checking of there are data issues with a given month of data for a site as both the channel and site snags have to be checked individually.

Therefore it would be incredably helpful to have a single output that would say of there were unresolved data issues at a site for easy reporting
