The sitemap.xmap.cocoon-2rc2 is the full sitemap.xmap that comes with cocoon
when you download the full version from xml.apache.org/cocoon. It has
everything in it, including the kitchen sink and instructions on how to
change the washers. The sitemap.xmap serves the same purpose but has the
settings customized for the Chello demo app.

If you diff the two files it's easy to see why they cut a lot of the
stuff... it's mostly <map> information for the demos and documentation that
comes with cocoon.
