#14 C5 Tuner doesn't work?

It may just be me being stupid but I can't make the C5
Tuner (in the sample editor) work: I've tried it with
several samples with several "Cycles" values, but after
tuning, the C5 frequency always ends up at around
4'000'000 (from the original 44'100), which obviously
isn't the desired result.
