#13 Random crashes on loading new tracks

CT frequently crashes on me when I load a song after I
had already loaded another song previously.
Unfortunately this is not reproducible. That is,
sometimes I start CT, load track A followed by track B
=> crash. But the next time I can do the same without a
crash. On average, I can load about 2-3 songs in a row
until CT crashes. There's no sign of what went wrong on
the console, where e.g. I get:

loader finished
[2]+ Segmentation fault cheesetracker

It doesn't make a difference whether the tracks loaded
are CT, IT or XM files, or whether the previously
opened tracks have been closed before or not.
