Yes, this is idiotic. Yes, we still need to do it. It's a trivial tweak to the EmailSenderThread class.
That's fine, but this may cause problems for external users of this software. Can we give them the option of changing a config file or write some code to give them the choice? Presumably we would also need condtions for [SEC=UNOFFICIAL] and [SEC=IN-CONFIDENCE] as well.
Please disregard previous comment. Still think it would be good if we could allow the user to change it but not really critical. Change made and ready for test.

Protective marking comes up on the test emails that the checksum checker sends before starting the service but not on the error notification emails.
Added security markings to error emails. Ready for test.
Tested on the testing branch, protective marking now appears on all emails sent by the Checksum Checker.
