When Checksum Checker is run the first two lines of the log file look like this:

Aug 22, 2013 4:44:44 PM au.gov.naa.digipres.rollingchecker.CheckerServer initLogging
FINER: Checksum statistics: 0 checksums, with NaN read millis, NaN checksum millis, NaN hex conversion millis per AIP

Checksum Checker should not be outputting statistics at this point and this line should not be present
