Testing on the replica2 branch,

Log directory is specified in the checker.properties file. If the path does not have the checker.log as the filename, then the logs are written to the dist directory with filename null_0_date_time.log.

If the log directory path in the properties file ends with checker.log, then the log files are created in the specified directory with file name checker_0_date_time.log.

Resolved in version 3.0.1. If no location is specified, log file is saved under the source directory.
