#536 Set properties based on filename or text in the file.

A. Thanks for this great product!
B. It would be useful to be able to set or adjust properties based on the filename or based on a "magic text" within the file. (Preferably with the filename or magic text specified by a regexp.)
Something along these lines:
<if-file="** .*Test.java"="" property="checkstyle.javadoc.severity" value="info"/>
<property name="severity" value="${checkstyle.javadoc.severity}" default="error"/>
Or:
<if-comment regexp="CHECKSTYLE\\:ACCEPT_NONSTD_INDENT" property="checkstyle.indent.baseoffset" value="2"/>

So I don' t want to fully suppress javadoc or indentation checks, but just adjust some of the parameters.
Perhaps this can already be done, but i could not find that in the documentation or the different examples in the internet.
