Yep, version 0.2 was released, re-written from scratch, including several new features. You now have the ability to search the entire database with iTunes-style searching. Many other improvements have been added, for more information, please see the changelog for the 'Check Register' release 0.2.

The Check Register project website was also released, thought it's not complete in terms of content.
