#37 "Opening Browser" Notification

Sometimes it is hard to tell that CheckGmail is doing anything once it has kicked off the browser. It would seem an improvement to simply pop up a message along the line of "starting browser" once the external browser app has been started. This would help in cases where some browsers (ahem *firefox*) can take some time to actually display any feedback that they are beginning.
