#112 System Tray Icon does not work with Ubuntu system tray

This program is labelled as a "system tray" applet. Unfortunately for Ubuntu users it is a system tray applet that does not appear in the system tray. This is true for both 12.10 and 13.04 and will continue to be true for every future version of Ubuntu until it is rewritten to work with their revised system tray.

Will this ever happen?
