#1 Missing license information and source code

I cannot find the license information and source code. I looked on the home page and in the "Files" section. If the product is not open source that would explain why there are no source files. Whether it is open source or not needs to be stated somewhere, methinks. And what the license is, open source or not. I think this needs to be stated on the home page.
