#1 Support for loading and saving cookies

This covers the option you wanted called set-cookies but I realized that
it might be nice to have the option to save the cookies on exit.
So - I used --load-cookies and --save-cookies. If either of these are
present then --cookies is set to true. load cookies is done at startup
and save cookies is done on exit.
