[Checkbot-announce] Checkbot 1.77 released

This is to announce the release of Checkbot 1.77.

The new version can be found on the Checkbot homepage:

This release features new functionality.

Changes in this version of Checkbot include:

 * Fix silly build-related problem that prevented checkbot 1.76 from
   running at all.
 * Check for presence of robots meta tag and act on it.
