#9 Statistics are broken

The statistics on the main checkbot report page are broken. The problem ratio cannot be right since it includes both the number of pages scanned and the number of broken links on these pages. This can't be added up without becoming meaningless.

A better statistic would be to report the number of pages with errors and the number of broken links overall, but this requires an overhaul of the bookkeeping code, and doing this may have side-effects on the rest of the code.
