#95 Adding special characters in names

Can improvements be made for the method of introducing special characters into CHEBI names. IUPAC names amd synonyms? E.g. semi-automatic recognition of characters which need alteration (any letter within parentheses containing only numbers, commas, and the letters R or S must be stereo descriptors, as must D or L followed by a hyphen, etc..); highlighting & right-click, etc..?
