Dear ChEBI curators,

Please would you update structural data of CHEBI:62643 entry with the attached molfile.
I set the priority to the highest as CHEBI:16247, the conjugate of CHEBI:62643, is already used in a Rhea reaction publicly available and I need to fix it before the next release.

    Hi Anne,

    This structure is not valid as a large number of anionic phospholipids do not conform to it. The one from 16247 has been automatically uploaded from KEGG and is also invalid and has now been assigned deleted status. Anionic phospholipid as a highly generic term and encompasses a wide variety of compound classes and is impossible to provide a valid structure for. A term which would fit with the structure provided would be 1,2-diacyl-sn-glycero-3-phospholipid(1-). If you wish I can create this.
