Hi,

We would like to have a ChEBI term to use for GO and phenotype (FYPO) terms that we created to annotate the results of experiments using bismuth nitrate. My grasp of the relevant chemistry is rudimentary (I skimmed a wikipedia article and understood part of it), but I suspect the most useful term would be 'bismuth ion' or 'bismuth cation'. A generic term would suffice, although we would probably also consider bismuth(III) specifically.

Thanks,
Midori

This seemed to manage to slip through the net despite your best prompting. Really sorry it took so long! We now have:
    bismuth ion (CHEBI:85543),
    bismuth cation (CHEBI:85544), and
    bismuth(3+) (CHEBI:85545)

    Best regards,
    Gareth
