In Rhea, doing a substructure search for '5-membered ring containing one O' finds 81 answers if the default "Total results" limit of 1000 is used. However, if the limit is increased to 2000, the number of answers increases from 81 to 206. No user could possibly predict that in order to get all 206 results, they would have to increase the limit from 1000 to 2000!
