#329 OBO file not including UniProt names

The OBO export is not including the UniProt names. This is because these names have type NAME with source UniProt in the database. There are a few names with type SYNONYM and source UniProt, and these are being included. The UniProt names with type NAME must be included in the OBO file.

How shall these appear in the file?
Under SYNONYMS, type UNIPROT_NAME ??

I assume we need a synonymtypedef as well ??

No new synonymtypedef needed -- synonym with source UniProt is OK. The issue is rather that many of the captured UniProt names are not appearing in the OBO file. After some investigation, it appears that the problem might be that the bulk of UniProt names in the database have status 'E' (OK)
