I am trying to make a change in the ontology for 16501 (just a temporary change as I want to merge it with 58656, both are classified so I can't merge them %£!!**). when I hit 'submit changes' I get the following message:
One "is a" relationship is required for this compound (L-arabinonates ,CHEBI:33766).
This modification has resulted in the compound (L-arabinonates ,CHEBI:33766) being "is a" disconnected from the main ontology. The disconnection could occur somewhere along the graph.
33766 is an unchecked compound which has no connection to what I am trying to do, but as a result of this I can do absolutely nothing with the ontology until I fix it (assuming it is not connected to anything else which has no 'is_a' relationships)
