I think everybody would benefit of a message that was
human readable.
The one below does not really help users detect potential problems or to find out what was actually submitted. Why describe the compound in such a mail in xml in the first place ???

The idea was to provide the full details of the submission in a format which could be used by software (in case the user has their own chemical database or software) so that for example the structure would not have to be drawn again.
However, it is a good point that this is not immediately obvious and not human readable, and I think we shall in future change this to a more human readable message and enclose the machine readable version as an attachment to the confirmation mail.
I'll add to Sourceforge.
