#8 chbg doesn't play nice with nautilus>2.0

chbg doesn't doesn't update the gnome2 background
when nautilus 2.0+ is set to display the desktop.

So we need a little hack around the gnome2 background
process.

This should prolly be done by changing the gnome2
background to point to /tmp/chbg????.png by rewriting
the .gconf xml, or better loading and rewriting the
gconfxml.

The simple way to do it would be to make the user point
gnome2 to the /tmp/chbg???.png by using the
background-properties capplet in gnome2.

Then all chbg would have to do is call the update
background
routine every time it rerenders /tmp/chbg???.png.
