#12 -once option does not appear to work

when running chbg -once from a graphical terminal
window, it appears to have no effect, and when running
from tty, it reports this error (or something like it - from
my memory)

**GDK-Warning - Failed to open display.

also - always runs with setup window, even if -setup is
not specified

(my system - Mandy 9, Gnome 2.2)
