#2 MSN OCX PRIVMSG Command Malformed

Instead of a normal PRIVMSG command, the MSN OCX client
appears to be sending a blank channel name sending
PRIVMSG commands:

PRIVMSG :
S

Tahoma;0 hello

Which generates the error:

:airwalklogiklan.servebeer.com 412 AirwalkTest :No text
to send

Because of the MSN OCX's programming, the user never
sees the problem and assumes the message was sent.
