Chat of Death

Chat of Death is an anonymous, peer-to-peer encrypted communication application designed for maximum privacy and security.
Maybe you guys will have better luck with it then I do.
When I first developed it it worked fine, lately there is a lot of latency.
It could be my ISP, who knows. I put a cleaned up version on 1/25/25.
The code is the same, I just renamed it before I compiled the installer.
