Contributed by Tom Epperly (tepperly@llnl.gov), v1.4RC3 has been released with updates related to the Lahey compiler on 64-bit architectures.

We've finally been approved to release the code to the public, so the CVS repository has been created and is being populated with our current code. Check it out and play with it - contrbutions, particularly XSLT syle sheets would be greatly appreciated.
