Progress!!

A few small changes this week:

• New Plugin by Niels Buwen: CustomColorMask. All your results now a joy for the eye.
• ArgosDisplay now doesn't care if the RGB channels are in the 4. or 3. image dimension

And a few additions by Jens-Malte:

• new Magnitude option for BinOperatorCimg
• Filereader for data from the KITTI Vision Benchmark Suite

All recent changes have been merged into the main trunk, so the old build instructions should now work again.
