More 0.5.1 changes

Here's some more stuff going into 0.5.1:

• Coloured Powder lights are gonna be a BIT more visible
• Paint brush will place centered on your target block, instead of adjacent to it
• Paint brush and Morph brushes are actually going to be even more expensive than the previously listed recipes
• Paint brush is going to have durability
