#3 Parser ignores symbols/international

Charla doesn't properly handle some international or special
symbols correctly. With the new parser beta rewrite though it's not
nearly as bad as it was. But it's still ignoring messages from
yahelite/yazak users and other users typing with international
accents or symbols. Work in progress.
