[Chapel-education] Reminder: CHIUW paper submissions due Friday

Hi Chapel community --

This is a quick reminder that the paper submission deadline for CHIUW 2016 
--- the 3rd annual Chapel Implementers and Users Workshop --- is this 
Friday, January 15th.

For more information about CHIUW and the submission process, please refer 
to the Call for Participation website:

Also, keep in mind that there is a second deadline on Feb 19th to submit 
talks without papers (accepted papers will be collected in the IPDPS 
workshop proceedings and be given a longer talk slot).
