Added list command in cluido to show available services. Also added the necessary code in Chaos.Storm and in Storm.NET. For some reason it crashes though, and I am too tired now to debug.

Added log level functionality to Storm.NET together with various other minor fixes.
A connected client can now be identified easier in Storm.NET by looking at its "client context".
Run Storm.NET maximized as default.

Added mechanism for loading servers automatically by Storm.NET upon startup. We need to have something like process_parent_unblock() in the old chaos for this to work in an elegant way, the question is just how to do that but not giving the server the ability to lockup/disturb the bootup process... something to think about.

Implemented new system call: BootUnblock, for unlockReworked to support "boot blocking", necessary for servers to start one-at-a-time. Seems to work OK. Cluido doesn't do boot unblocking at the moment and it would be technically wrong to do that since Cluido should not really be a part of the bootup process... Perhaps we'll do a "fulhack" for now. :-)

Fixed a boot server that launches user-space processes. (for the moment, everything is obviously userspace but we might as well do the system in the way that it will finally work now already)
Abilities should be implemented soon, so we can give Cluido limited abilities (it should not be able to create services for example).

Implemented the kernel log stuff. Unfortunately, it won't work right now though because Chaos.Storm is designed to only use one connection to Storm.NET for all of the running process. When ReadKernelLog() is called, this locks up that one connection indefinitely... so we have to either change how ReadKernelLog() works or go back to more connections to Storm.NET (it was changed to work like this on purpose).

Various fixes. NOTE! You now need to set the environment variable CHAOS_ROOT to the location where
the chaos root is located. This is because I changed the way stuff is being started - the startup
script is now read from the CHAOS_ROOT.

Improved the bootup code to properly start Release servers when building the solution in Release mode, and Debug servers when in Debug mode. (we use a variable called %CONFIG%).
Starter work on the VFS code. There is now a command in Cluido for reading/setting VFS assignments, not working for the moment though. :-) The Chaos.VFS library has also been started but it doesn't do very much at the moment and it doesn't speak to the real VFS server.
