release numbering scheme

    * What release numbering scheme should we choose?
    * Should the scheme be stable immediately with the 1st release?

    - I suggest using in the beginning numbering with 2 numbers e.g. '0.1' for several releases. I suppose that in the beginning several releases will be only DEVELOPMENT releases.
    - When we'll reach a release 'ready for public' (It means core features are functional or the core SW architecture is proved) then we should choose stable numbering scheme.
