#1 add only new files options

Hi,
first thx a lot for changetrack. The older my brains
gets the more I love it ;)

Only (really no joke!) thing I'm missing is a 'add new file'
feature. I mean:

o install a new software 
o need to change some default config files

now I would like to add those files to changetrack

foreach file in 'hole list I don't know jet'
echo /file/to/change >> /etc/changetrack
changetrack -n # just add /file/to/change, no #DIFF
vi /etc/file to change

With the -n feature the next nightly cronjob run would give me
all change I made the to the defaults. Not dozends of diffs when I
add one by one with several iterations until I got it working.
