#7 Second class changes

Check if second class changes are needed. This could be changes that are not that important. They could be switched on or off independently. Technically one could use starred commands.

Example: \added*{Added second level text.}

This is an interesting idea,I do not quite have a feeling for the visual markuo of suchsecond level changes. Do they get an additional markup? How to display them in the list of changes.

Implementation could be via a key-value-pair such as "level=2".
