#22 List of changes implementation?

Hi ekleinod,

First of all tanks: your package is really useful for my writing job.
I was wondering if was not possible to allow the list of changes to be printed even if the option "final" of the package is activated, so to read a clean version of the text and to have the list of modifications at the end of the same document. Maybe even at the end of a chapter (or a act in a drama etc.) allowing in that case to switch on or off the list in any part of the document.

Thanks for the suggestion, I am not sure how to cleanly make this possible, but I will give it some thoughts (if I find time sonn).
