#20 \listofchanges does not work with documentclass svjour3

Hi Ekkart,

thanks for changes.sty!
Unfortunately \listofchanges[style=list] does not work with the Springer documentclass svjour3. \listofchanges[style=summary] (and every other feature I used) works, though.
