#21 Hotkey to Change Desktop

I would love it if there was a hotkey configurable for
Change Desktop. Just being able to hit an F-key or
Command-key and have the desktop change would open up
all kinds of new opportunites.

For example, I have a multi-button mouse that can spit
out any key sequence on a particular event. I could
configure a button to the Change Desktop hotkey and my
desktop would change, presto-change-o.
