#1 Control changes on a per monitor basis
User requests:
How about a "[x] Change Monitor X Only" option (X being
a pulldown of avail monitors)? I want my monitor #2 to
change, and my main moitor NOT to change.
... doesn't let you NOT change some monitors. For
instance, I want the display of the powerbook to
change, but not the external monitor (20", where I do
most of the work).

BTW, the external monitor has the menu bar. Making it the
main monitor, monitor 1. That's the one I don't want to
change. Monitor 2, the builtin display would make a nice
live photograph for my desk!
