#45 Menu Extra

I've noticed the previous issue about intel support and thought I'd add
some extra information. Change Desktop seems to work fine on my Inel
iMac, but the menu extra doesn't load. I really love this feature and am
hoping it will be fixed soon.

I get the following error when launching the menu extra manually:

ChangeDesktopMenu would not have been loaded as a Menu Extra.
