#14 bipd model editor notworking?

i was tring to mod coagulation for halo 2 and when i try
to open elite_mp.bipd to edit the jumping range and
what i can dualweild it gives me a error "There was a
problem loading the plugin for this tag. Check the bile
bipd.ch2r exists in the Plugins directory. If it exists it
might be a malformed XML file.
