#11 Java Fixes/Cleanup

1. Moved to Java 5 by using generics (fixes warnings under Java5+)
2. Allow the description.xml and service XML files to be loaded via the classloader (This works with the generated jar and inside Eclipse and you do not need to run the samples inside a special folder, simply java -jar ....-with-dependencies.jar works)
3. Allow the control-point sample to be started with the TV sample at the same time (fixes the port conflict)
4. Fixed all the samples (makes them work out-of-the-box)
