as of v.4.0 the date received has been changed to a Date object; it is therefore necessary to extract it to a string otherwise it will not display. in the "Mailbox.wssp" page, search for:
%%HTMLTRUNCATED(40):field[].value%%
and replace with
<!--%%IF field[].isDate-->%%LOCALDATETIMESHORT:field[].value%%<!--%%ELSE-->%%HTMLTRUNCATED(40):field[].value%%
