#12 Empty Trash doesn't work

the web request to empty the trash has changed as of CGP version 4.0, so the Empty Trash button doesn't work. to fix this, edit the "mailboxes.wssp" file: do a search for "EmptyTrash" and change it to "EmptyTrashNow"
