Seems something is wrong with my NetCDF installation, but not clear what.
I build netcdf-c and netcdf-fortran from scratch with Intel 16.0.2,
and the build goes ahead fine. Single node performance is fine too,
but some MPI errors in multi-node runs. Anyway, this is a separate
issue, so closing this PR.
