Since ODEDynamics is missing from Tutorials pages, I've written a few tutorials and examples.

Contents:
- 3 ODEDynamics tutorials:
* Bouncing sphere (introduction)
* Newton's ball experiment
* Falling boxes (rewrite of PyODE 3rd tutorial)
- 2 ODEDynamics examples:
* Bouncing spheres
* Newton's Cradle (with ODEHingeJoint's)

I did not know how to include binary files (images) in a patch, therefore I created something like a "manual diff" in a zip archive.

How should I integrate the code samples on the first page? They are not in index.txt.

    Nice tutorials!

    If I remember correctly, the index page was actually created manually (I didn't update the tutorials page in a long time). I can't even rebuild the tutorials at the moment as I don't have SilverLight anymore.... when I have some time, I'll try and see if I can build the tutorials using Sphinx. Then at least it would be the same tool as the main docs (and I wouldn't need SilverLight anymore to get syntax highlighting).

    Thanks again!
